The short version. This is the marketing website for LuxeLegs, a marketplace concept that is still being built. Nothing here is an offer to buy or sell a journey, and no booking can be made yet. These terms govern your use of the website. Separate terms will apply to the LuxeLegs application when it launches.

1. About these terms

These terms are between you and IHRH Enterprises & Investments Ltd (“LuxeLegs”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15264369, with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. LuxeLegs is a trading name of IHRH Enterprises & Investments Ltd, and we operate luxe-legs.com. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Pre-launch status

LuxeLegs is currently pre-launch. This website exists to explain the concept and gather interest. It does not let you book, sell or pay for any journey, it does not create any contract for transport, and any features, screens or figures shown are illustrative and may change before launch. References to a demo environment are for illustration only.

3. What LuxeLegs is

LuxeLegs is a planned marketplace for chauffeur “dead legs”, the repositioning journeys a chauffeur or fleet is already making with an empty vehicle. The intention is to connect a traveller who wants that journey with the operator who is already driving it. When the marketplace opens, LuxeLegs will act as a platform that introduces travellers and operators; the transport service itself will be provided by the operator, not by LuxeLegs.

4. How pricing will work

To avoid any confusion about how the marketplace is intended to function, the pricing model is described here in plain terms. It is subject to change before launch.

  • An operator lists a dead-leg journey and sets the price. The operator can set a fixed price, or a price with a floor, which is the lowest amount the operator is willing to accept.
  • Where a floor is set, a single traveller can make an offer below the listed price, down to that floor. The operator can accept or decline. This is a direct offer to one operator, not an auction, and there is no bidding between travellers and no surge pricing.
  • All prices will be shown in pounds sterling, for example £180 for a journey, and will make clear what is included before anything is confirmed.

None of this is available yet. It is described so that early visitors understand the model we are building.

5. Using this website

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, misuse any form, submit unlawful or harmful content, or copy or reuse the site’s content beyond what these terms allow.

6. Feedback you send us

If you send feedback or suggestions through the site, you allow us to use them to develop LuxeLegs without obligation or payment to you. Please do not send confidential information through the feedback form. We handle any personal data you provide in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The LuxeLegs name, logo, site design, text and graphics are owned by or licensed to IHRH Enterprises & Investments Ltd and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our permission.

The site links to other locations, such as the LuxeLegs application at luxe-legs.app and the demo environment. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site, and those sites carry their own terms.

9. No warranty

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take care to keep information accurate, we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information about the future product is final. Illustrative figures are not offers.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxeLegs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

11. Privacy

Our use of data on this site, including cookieless analytics and edge-derived location with no IP address stored, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
